After many years in the hospital setting, Kristina was driven by a desire for something more. She wanted to deliver the highest quality care and to have more control over what therapy “looked like” without the red tape of larger corporations. Kristina then started her own mobile practice, saying “yes” to any and every opportunity that arose.

With limited guidance, she had to learn business, operations, sales, marketing, and HR simultaneously while also trying to grow her reputation. 

In just over 5 years, she transformed her solo practice into a thriving multidisciplinary care network, managing a team of 14 clinicians and two office locations, and nearly doubling revenue every year. Kristina has garnered multiple prestigious awards, including “100 Women to KNOW in America,” “40 under 40” and “Young Entrepreneur of the Year.” 

Beyond her business success, Kristina actively engages with her community, supporting non-profits like “Wee Macree,” benefiting children with special needs, “Redefining Refuge” for women and children who have been victims of human trafficking, and multiple animal rescue initiatives.

Kristina’s amazing journey demonstrates what’s possible, and now she is passionate and extremely motivated to show others the way by igniting the flames of inspiration within us all.

“I’ve learned SO much over the last few years having my practice and having to navigate its rapid growth without ever sacrificing the heart and the mission behind us. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve created, especially given how overwhelming it can seem at times (not to mention imposter syndrome?!). Now, the thing that gets me out of bed in the morning is helping other people achieve the same thing. I love entrepreneurship. I love when people take charge of their own success….and I love giving them the confidence and the steps needed to do it. I feel incredibly lucky that I get to spend everyday with fire in my veins helping other people blaze their own trail.”
